Transforming Food Systems in Rural Nigeria
As a proud subsidiary of the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), we bring two decades of international expertise to the heart of rural Nigerian communities. Our mission is deeply rooted in the belief that every person deserves access to nutritious, safe food—especially those most vulnerable to malnutrition.
Operating from Ilupeju Community in Odeda Local Government Area of Ogun State, we work hand-in-hand with farmers, families, and local leaders to build sustainable food systems that nourish bodies, strengthen livelihoods, and cultivate hope for future generations.

Building Resilience Through Action
Our integrated approach addresses food security, nutrition, and livelihood challenges through evidence-based programs designed with and for rural communities.
Sustainable Agriculture Training
Empowering smallholder farmers with climate-smart techniques, improved seed varieties, and soil management practices that increase yields while protecting the environment.
Nutrition Education Program
Community-based workshops teaching families how to prepare nutritious meals from locally available foods, with special focus on maternal and child nutrition.
Women's Livelihood Initiative
Supporting women farmers through cooperative formation, access to credit, market linkages, and value addition training for cassava, yam, and vegetable production.
Climate Resilience Project
Building community capacity to adapt to climate change through water harvesting, drought-resistant crops, and early warning systems for weather events.
Seed Multiplication Program
Establishing community seed banks and training farmers in seed production to ensure access to quality, affordable planting materials for staple crops.
Market Linkage Initiative
Connecting smallholder farmers to reliable markets, negotiating fair prices, and facilitating bulk purchasing agreements with food processors and retailers.

Before GAIN came to our community, we struggled with poor harvests and couldn't afford to send our children to school. Now, with the training and support we received, our farm yields have doubled, and we can provide nutritious meals for our family every day.
